Providing Reasonable Mitigation Payments

Mr. Madaro of Boston moves to amend the bill in SECTION 2, in line 690, by striking out the word "shall" and inserting in place thereof the word "may";

And further moves to amend the bill in line 692, by inserting after the words “cannabis establishment.” the following sentence:- "However, no such agreement shall exceed 1 per cent of the adult use cannabis establishment’s gross sales or 2 per cent of a medical use cannabis establishment’s gross sales."
