Cannabis Gifts

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 26, in line 1190, by striking out the words “no cannabis licensee shall offer to provide any complimentary cannabis, services, gifts, cash or other items of value to any person” and inserting in place thereof the words “no cannabis licensee shall offer to provide any complimentary cannabis or cannabis-related goods of any kind or value to any person.”
