Public Hearings on Proposed Locations

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the bill in section 13, in line 903, by inserting after the word ”commission” the following words:- “provided however, that a public hearing is first conducted in the municipality of the proposed location of said cannabis establishment”.
