Independent Auditing

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill by striking out section 38 of chapter 10A as appearing in SECTION 2 and by striking out clause 10 of subsection (a) of section 5 of chapter 10A as appearing in SECTION 2 and inserting in place thereof the following clause:-

“(10) require each cannabis licensee to annually perform an independent audit conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and provide the commission with a copy of said audit within 30 days of completion;”
