Transfer of Marijuana to Persons Under 21

Mrs. Kane of Shrewsbury moves to amend the bill in Section 11 of SECTION 2 by inserting the following new subsection:

“(e) No person of any age may knowingly transfer marijuana in any amount, a marijuana product, or a marijuana accessory to any person under the age of 21. A transfer as described would constitute distribution as defined by section 1 of chapter 94C”
