Defining Cultivation of Cannabis as Agriculture

Representatives Pignatelli of Lenox, Kulik of Worthington and Mark of Peru move to amend the bill by adding the following section: SECTION XX.  Section 1A of Chapter 128 of the 2016 edition of the MGL is hereby amended by inserting in line 5 after “forest  land,” the following: “the cultivation and harvesting of cannabis”.
