Use of Outside Vendors

Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XX: The Commission may use outside vendors and contractors who are experienced and qualified in Regulatory Compliance in their monitoring and inspection of licensed vendors in addition to their own employees.
