Supporting MA Agricultural Enterprise

Representatives Kulik of Worthington and Pignatelli of Lenox move to amend the bill in section 4 by inserting after the word “licenses;”, in line 507, the following new paragraph:-

“(13) consider and determine, in consultation with the department of agricultural resources, the best means of ensuring cannabis licenses are accessible to farmers, as defined in section 1A of chapter 128;”.
