Restricting Advertisments

Mr. Goldstein-Rose of Amherst moves to amend the bill in Section 37, in line 1365, by striking the phrase “unless at least 71.6 percent of the audience is reasonably expected to be 21 years of age or older, as determined by reliable, up-to-date composition data”.

 

And further moves to amend the bill in Section 37, in line 1389, by inserting after the word “branding” the following phrase: “, including being listed in any manner as a supporter of the event,”.

 

And further moves to amend the bill in Section 37, in line 1390, by striking the phrase “unless at least 71.6 percent of the audience is reasonably expected to be 21 years of age or older, as determined by reliable, up-to-date composition data”.
