Amendment #99 to H3768

Marijuana & Pesticide Enforcement

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill in section 2 by striking out, in lines 622 to 623, inclusive, the words “and reasonable limitations on the use of organic and non-organic pesticides”, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "provided however, that the authority to promulgate regulations pertaining to the use of pesticides shall remain with the department of agricultural resources;".
