Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “within”, in line 40, the following words:- “an area described in subsection (b)”; and

in section 2, by inserting after the word “within”, in line 72, the following words:- “an area described in subsection (b)”.
