Home Care Workers registered through an online service

Mr. Tarr moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary the executive office of elder affairs in conjunction with the executive office of health and human services and the executive office of public safety and security shall develop a plan for the registration  of home care workers who have registered through a web-based service or platform.

Said plan and any recommendations shall be filed with the joint committee on elder affairs, and the clerks of the house and senate by December 31, 2018
