Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill by striking out section 2 and inserting in place thereof the following 2 sections:-

“SECTION 2.  Said section 3 of said chapter 114, as appearing in said section 1 of said chapter 157 of the acts of 1994, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 5, the words “one member” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-  up to 7 members.

SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon its passage.”.
