Floor Amendment

Mr. Cyr moves to amend the bill in section 1, by inserting after the word “office”, in line 5, the following words:- “; provided further, that no further deductions shall be made from the regular compensation of Michael Trovato pursuant to chapter 32 of the General Laws for service subsequent to the date on which he reaches 65 years of age; and provided further, that, upon retirement, Michael Trovato shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that which he would have been entitled had he retired on the date on which he reached 65 years of age”.
