Amendment #13 to H3951

Wareham Council on Aging

Ms. Gifford of Wareham moves to amend the bill in Section 2CI by inserting the following:-

“                                                          Grants to Councils on Aging

9110-9002……………………………………………………$30,463”

And moves to further amend the bill by inserting the following new section:-

“SECTION X. Item 9110-9002 of said section 2 of said chapter 47 is hereby amended after the words “Center” by inserting the following:-

Provided further that the remaining balance of $30,463 of the $55,000 allocated to Councils on Aging in the town of Wareham shall be expended”
