Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Gifford of Wareham, Poirier of North Attleborough, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the amendment in Section 3, by striking out the words "September 1, 2018" and inserting in place thereof the following:- July 1, 2019.
