Adding Secretary of Transportation to the OSHA Board

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the amendment in subsection (c),  of SECTION 2, by striking “21” and replacing it with “22”; and further by inserting after the words “finance or a designee” the following:

“1 of whom shall be the secretary of transportation or a designee; “
