Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the amendment in subsection (b) of SECTION 2, after 29 U.S.C. 654, by inserting the following: “,except as provided in subsection (d) of this section.”
