Additional Members to OSHA Board

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the amendment in subsection (c),  of SECTION 2, by striking “21” and replacing it with “23”; and further by inserting after the words “finance or a designee” the following:

“1 of whom shall be the secretary of transportation or a designee; 1 of whom shall be the executive director of the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority “
