Technical Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 1, by striking out the word “The”, the first time it appears, and inserting in place thereof the following words: “Pursuant to the power of the general court to enact legislation necessary or expedient to protect the right of the people to clean air and water, the”;

in section 2, in line 8, by inserting after the word “society” the word: “organizations”;

in said section 2, in line 12, by inserting after the word “Paris” the word: “, France”;

in said section 2, in line 13, by inserting after the figure “2015” the words: “agreement of the parties to the”; and

in section 5, in line 27, by striking out the words “United Nations” and inserting in place thereof the words: “Paris agreement”.
