Fine for Corporate Manslaughter

Mr. Driscoll of Milton moves to amend the amendment in Section 44, line number 1087 by inserting after the number "250,000", the following: “unless the offending corporation has in excess of 10,000 employees, in which case it shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000,000”.
