An Amendment relative to speedy trials

Mr. Dooley of Norfolk moves to amend the amendment by adding the following section:-

SECTION 107. Section 59F of Chapter 231 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “sixty-five” in the title of the section and replacing it with the words “seventy-five”; and by striking out the words “sixty-five” in lines 3 and 4, and replacing them with the words “seventy-five.”
