Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in line 227, by inserting after the word "Boston" the following

"provided further that not less than $11,000,000 shall be expended for the replacement of a parking garage between Columbus Avenue and Summer Streets in the city of Pittsfield."
