Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to amend the bill Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to further amend Amendment 128 by striking the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof, the following:-

Mr. Sánchez of Boston moves to amend House 4018, in section 2, in item 1102-2017, in line 36, by inserting after the words, “enhanced training”, the following words:- ; provided further, that $2,000,000 shall be expended to improve wireless internet accessibility at the state house;

And moves to further amend said House 4018, in said section 2, in item 8000-3502, by striking out the words, “, that $5,000,000 shall be expended on the Lawrence Public Safety Complex” as inserted by amendment and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- , that $25,000,000 shall be expended on the Lawrence Public Safety Complex;

And moves to further amend the bill, in section 2A, in item 1102-5700, by inserting, in line 164, the following words:- ;provided, further, that $3,500,000 shall be expended for handicap accessibility improvements for the Dedham superior court;

And moves to further amend the bill, in  said section 2A, in said  item 1102-5700, by striking out, in line 200, the figures, “675,000,000”, and inserting in place thereof, the following figures:- 690,500,000;

And moves to further amend the bill, in section 2B, in item 1100-3005, by inserting, in line 204, after the words, “towns,”, the following words:- counties,;

And moves to further amend the bill, in section 2B, in said  item 1100-3005, in line 214, by striking out the word, “may” and inserting in place thereof, the following word:- shall;

And moves to further amend the bill, in said section 2B, in  said item 1100-3005, in line 221, by striking out the word, “neighborhood” and inserting in place thereof, the following words:-  and Roxbury areas;

And moves to further amend the bill, in said section 2B, in said item 1100-3005, in line 220, after the words, “New Bedford;”, the following words:- provided further, that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the construction of a public safety complex in the town of Heath;

And moves to further amend the bill, in said section 2B, in said item 1100-3005, by striking out the words, “shall be expended for the design of a parking garage in the downtown area of the city of Methuen” as inserted by amendment and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- shall be expended for the design and construction of a parking garage in the downtown area of the city of Methuen;

And moves to further amend the bill, in said section 2B, in said item 1100-3005, by striking out the words, “that $1,000,000 shall be expended for the design and reconstruction of a bridge over the Charles River”, as inserted by amendment and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- that $3,500,000 shall be expended for the design and reconstruction of a bridge over the Charles River;

And moves to further amend the bill, in said section 2B, in said item 1100-3005, in line 227, by striking out the figures “85,000,000”, and inserting in place thereof, the following figures:- 168,500,000;

And moves to further amend the bill, in said section 2B by inserting after said item 1100-3005, in line 227, the following words:-

And moves to further amend the bill, in section 3, by striking out, in line 287, the figures, “3,405,000,000” and inserting in place thereof, the following figures:- 3,221,500,000;

And moves to further amend the bill, in section 4, by striking out, in line 297, the figures, “320,000,000” and inserting in place thereof, the following figures:- 403,500,000;

And moves to further amend the bill, in section 20, by inserting, in line 379, after the figures, “1790-3004”, the following words:- ; 1100-3001;

And moves to further amend the bill, in section 21, by inserting, in line 384, after the words “1102-2014”,  the following words:-  , 1102-2015, 1102-2016.
