Emergency Operations Centers

Mr. Ryan of Boston moves to amend the bill in section 2B, in item 8000-3502, by inserting after the words “existing historic Lower Basin Barracks in the city of Boston;” the following words:-

“; provided further that $20,000,000 shall be expended for design and construction of the City of Boston’s Emergency Operations Center.”
