Amendment #17 to H4018

Stoughton Depot

Representatives Kafka of Stoughton and Galvin of Canton moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XXXX. Section 33 of Chapter 242 of the Acts of 2012, as most recently amended by Section 130 of Chapter 133 of the Acts of 2013, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 13, the number “$175,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: “$1.”
