Waterfront Parking Garage

Representatives Fiola of Fall River, Schmid of Westport and Silvia of Fall River moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1100-3005, in line 212, by inserting after “Bedford”  the following: “provided that not less than $7,000,000 shall be expended for the planning, design and construction of a 250 space parking garage on the waterfront property in Fall River”
