Representatives Scibak of South Hadley and Kulik of Worthington moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7066-8110, in line 88, by inserting after the word “applicable;” the following words”-

provided further that the allocation of funds authorized herein to each segment of higher education shall be based on metrics which may include total share of deferred maintenance, share of total gross square footage and changes in enrollment and each metric shall be reviewed and updated periodically;
