Amendment #3 to H4018

Reimbursement of Municipal Debt

Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, funds borrowed by the commonwealth may be expended to reimburse municipal debt incurred to create the capital asset to be wholly owned by the commonwealth, as authorized by section 58 of chapter 239 of the acts of 2012, as amended."
