Amendment #50 to H4018

Relative to Capital Improvements at Holyoke Community College

Mr. Vega of Holyoke moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7066-8110, in line 108, by inserting after the semi-colon the following: "providing further that $5,500,000 shall be expended for the construction of Sustainability Studies, Veterinary Technology, and Forensic Science facilities at the new Center for Life Sciences at Holyoke Community College; and providing further that $14,500,000 be expended for the construction of General Biology, Zoology, Botany, and Greenhouse facilities at the new Center for Life Sciences at Holyoke Community College; and providing further that $3,500,000 be expended for the construction of a new entranceway, vestibule, and common spaces at the new Center for Life Sciences at Holyoke Community College;" and that the figure at the end of line item 7066-8110 be changed from "$950,000,000" to "$973,500,000".
