Amendment #88 to H4018

Relating to Relocation of the Department of Youth Services

Representatives O'Day of West Boylston, Benson of Lunenburg, Donahue of Worcester, Campanale of Leicester, Kane of Shrewsbury, Keefe of Worcester, Whipps of Athol, Mahoney of Worcester and Murray of Milford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4000-2024, by inserting, immediately after the phrase “city of Taunton” in line 79, the following:-

"; provided further, that $60,000,000 shall be expended for design, construction and relocation of the Department of Youth Services Paul T. Leahy Center in the city of Worcester” and by striking out the figure “$600,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$660,000,000”
