Representatives Whelan of Brewster, Crocker of Barnstable, Hunt of Sandwich, Fernandes of Falmouth, Peake of Provincetown and Vieira of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1102-5700,  in line 197 after the semi-colon, by adding the following:- "provided further, that $12,602,810 be expended to provide ADA program access, critical repairs, cell expansion, and juvenile sight & sound separation at the Barnstable district and juvenile court, Barnstable superior court, and Barnstable Probate and Family court.”
