Amendment #93 to H4018

MBTA Commuter Rail Station in West Medford

Mr. Garballey of Arlington moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line Item 1100-3005, by inserting the following:

“provided further that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended towards infrastructural improvements to the Commuter Rail Station in West Medford.”

And further moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in Line Item 1100-3005, by striking the figure, “$85,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure “$89,000,000”
