Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill in section 3, by adding the following sentence:-  “An annual report, which shall include projects undertaken, expenditures made and income received by the fund, shall be submitted to the board of selectmen of the town of Westborough not later than December 31 and the board of selectmen shall vote to accept the report.”
