Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill in Section 1, in line 26, by inserting after  the words“ the Senate Chair of the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs, or a designee;”, the words  “the ranking Senate Republican of the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs or a designee; the ranking House Republican of the Joint Committee on Elder Affairs or a designee;”.
