Housing Bond Amendment

Mr. Petrolati of Ludlow moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

SECTION X.

Amend MGL, Chapter 40A, Section 6, fourth paragraph by inserting the following language after the first sentence:

"Any such increase will also not apply if after such recording or endorsement the lot is held, at any time, in common ownership with adjoining land."
