Amendment #16 to H4134

Production and promotion of workforce housing in Berkshire County

Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield, Pignatelli of Lenox, Mark of Peru and Barrett moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item 7004-0058 , in line 307, by inserting after "development"  the following: "provided further that not less than $1,500,000 be granted to the Berkshire Housing Development Corporation to be allocated equally between Northern, Central, and Southern Berkshire County to incentivize the production and promotion of workforce housing in the region"; and in said item by striking out the figures "

$50,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$51,500,000".
