Melrose Housing Authority

Mr. Brodeur of Melrose moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in item 7004-0054, by adding at the end the following:-

provided further, that not less than $4,000,000 shall be expended to the Melrose Housing Authority to be used specifically for the refurbishment and replacement of windows, bathrooms, and kitchens in housing units dedicated to elderly and disabled persons.
