Quincy Housing Authority

Mr. Chan of Quincy moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 7004-0054, by adding at the end the following:-

Provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the Quincy Housing Authority to improve safety and security, including but not limited to the purchase of security cameras, alarm systems, and telecommunication systems to connect public housing alarms to local public safety agencies.
