Amendment #39 to H4134

EDIP Clarification

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by striking out section 22 in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

"SECTION 22.  Section 125 of said chapter 287 is hereby amended by striking out the words “46, 48, 56A, 61, 63 and”."
