Amendment #4 to H4134

Emergency and transitional homeless shelter in Pittsfield

Representatives Farley-Bouvier of Pittsfield and Mark of Peru moves to amend the bill in section 2,in item 7004-0050, in line 134, by inserting after the word "maintenance" the following: "provided further, that not less than $800,000 be expended for construction, maintenance or repairs to an emergency and transitional homeless shelter in the city of Pittsfield"; and in said item by striking out the figures "$65,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$65,800,000".
