Miss Garry of Dracut moves to amend the bill in section 2, in  item  7004-0053, in line 210, by inserting after the word "over" the following: "not less than two million dollars shall be awarded to Dracut Housing Authority for construction on new housing units for senior citizens from the town of Dracut”.
