Amendment #6 to H4134

Lowell Housing Authority Capital Improvements

Representatives Nangle of Lowell, Golden of Lowell and Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0054, in line 246, by inserting after the word “Development” the following:

“provided further that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the Lowell Housing Authority for the purpose of bringing certain designated properties up to code under the guidelines of the federal Uniform Physical Condition Standards.”; and in said item by striking out the figures “$600,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$600,350,000”.
