Amendment #8 to H4134

Mixed Use Demonstration Program

Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7004-0055, by adding the following: “; provided further, that $17,000,000 shall be expended for the redevelopment of the Somerville Housing Authority's Clarendon Hill Apartments”;

and in said item by striking out the figures “$50,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$67,000,000”
