An Act establishing a sick leave bank for Elliot Brown, an employee of the Department of Public Health

The committee on Bills in the Third Reading recommends that the bill be amended moves to amend the bill by striking out, in lines 1 and 2, the words “department of public health” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “executive office of health and human services”; and

"An Act Establishing a sick leave bank for Elliot Brown, an employee of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services "

by striking out, in lines 2, 3, 5 and 8, the word “department” and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following word:- “office”.
