Releases of Claims, Non-Disparagement Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements

Ms. DiZoglio of Methuen moves to amend the order by adding the following rule:

“100. The House expressly waives all releases of claims, non-disparagement agreements and non-disclosure agreements that the House executed with a current or former employee on or before March 15, 2018."
