Encouraging bystander reporting

Ms. Provost of Somerville moves to amend the order Proposed rule 88(b), paragraph 4, last sentence, amended to read "Any individual who believes that he or she may have been the object of harassment, or any individual who witnesses something they think may be harassment, is strongly encouraged to report that information to an authorized party."
