Providing for interim employee protections

Ms. Provost of Somerville moves to amend the order in proposed rule 94(c) by adding the following "if the EEO Officer believes that interim measures are warranted to protect complainants during the investigation, then the EEO shall recommend such measures to the appropriate supervisory individual or body."
