Preserving Professionally Managed Housing Options in the Commonwealth

Representatives Hunt of Boston and Coppinger of Boston moves to amend the bill in Section 4, line 93, by adding after “primary residence” the following: -

“’; provided however, that any professionally managed host operating as of the effective date of this act shall be allowed to continue offering short-term rentals without a restriction on the number of days it may rent out its residential units provided that said professionally managed host complies with the other provisions of this act.”
