Amendment #12 to H4314

DOR Guidelines

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Hill of Ipswich, Poirier of North Attleborough, Gifford of Wareham, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren moves to amend the bill by inserting, at the end thereof, the following new section: -

“SECTION 9. The Commissioner shall create and make available on the Department’s website an electronic checklist of the residential host requirements established by this act and through regulations.”.
